Ayurveda for Immunity

Ayurveda for Immunity 














1. Choose natural and easily digestible foods
2. Prepare foods in 
  • dairy products such as milk. 
  • paneer 
  • Indian cow‘s butter – ghee
  • soluble and insoluble fiber
4. Add to your dishes immune stimulating spices
The different spices have their own specific immune stimulating properties:
  • The turmeric
  • The cumin 
  • ginger
  • cardamom
  • cinnamon
5. Eat fruits like  pears, peaches, plums, pineapple, mangoes,pomegranate 
6. Eat green leafy vegetables – spinach, kale, curly-leaf cabbage. broccoli, cabbage and the cauliflower 
7. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables only 
8. Eat slowly and chew well
9. Avoid simple sugars in any form. 
10. Have Body Massage once a week.
11. Relax and do mindfulness
